About Us

As a former broadcast journalist, Barry Krutchik booked and conducted over 3000 celebrity interviews as well as produced numerous video shoots (EPK's, PSA's, and "Behind The Scenes") for MTV and other television outlets. In addition to writing and/or producing "Music Specials" for Westwood One, MTV Radio, Premiere Radio Networks, and ABC Radio, Barry has written for a number of magazines including Variety, Musician, Penthouse & Hits.

Barry was a part of the movie junket circuit for a fun decade, interviewing celebrities and writing movie reviews. Working with every major and independent studio, he was able to raise the profiles and box office of their films. Barry was one of the original members of the Broadcast Film Critics Association, and remains active after 10 years.

Forming Krutchie Entertainment is 1996, Barry produces the radio tours for nearly every major music awards show (Grammys, Billboard Music Awards, BET Awards, American Music Awards, Radio Music Awards, AT 40 Live w/Ryan Seacrest, et al.). He has booked over 1000 recording artists and celebrities alone for these events, including Sting, Usher, David Bowie, Jamie Foxx, Alanis Morissette, Destiny's Child, Kanye West, Nicole Richie, Garth Brooks, Ludacris, Drew Carey, Carmen Electra, Evander Holyfield, Motley Crue, The Who, The Doors, Jay Z, Jessica Simpson, Faith Hill, N*Sync, Stevie Nicks, Cedric The Entertainer, Lenny Kravitz, Matchbox 20, Sugar Ray Leonard, Linkin' Park, Mischa Barton, Velvet Revolver, Lisa Marie Presley, LL Cool J, Bernie Mac, Paris Hilton, & Pamela Anderson to name a few.

On a personal note, Barry has been active in social causes for the community. He has been a mentor through the Fulfillment Fund since 2002, been involved in fundraising efforts for the Elisabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and donates yearly to the ASPCA (American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate).
